Four committees have been proposed by Helga Zepp-LaRouche as the springboard for a campaign of action for the advancement of proposals arrived at over the two-day Schiller Institute Conference of November 13th and 14th, “All Moral Resources of Humanity Must Be Called Up: Mankind Must Be The Immortal Species!” Those policies included: a “higher resolution” of the Afghanistan crisis, both the immediate danger of famine, and the longer-term integration of Afghanistan into a functioning “world land-bridge.” The initiative was named by Zepp-LaRouche “Operation Ibn Sina”; a “no limits to growth” science policy, expanding nuclear and thermonuclear energy production, consumption, research and development worldwide; a resurgence of classical education and culture through a modern “Convivencia” of Eastern and Western pedagogical methods, in the image of Leibniz’s proposal to establish an international string of collaborative academies; and a world collaboration to not only eradicate the danger of the coronavirus, but also to establish an international health platform, including clean water supplies and healthy food, and to extend the scientific boundaries of present-day biology, chemistry and physics in order to supply medicine with the necessary conceptual breakthroughs for the new requirements for diagnosis and treatment of disease so sorely revealed to be necessary in the wake of this still-evolving pandemic.

As the British Empire licks its wounds over the failure of COP26, as Prince Charles and the western banking elite failed to force the developing nations of the world to commit suicide by shutting down their fossil fuels, several leaders of the western powers today took the most unusual—and most welcome—step of trying to pull back from the brink of military confrontation with Russia and China.

Three virtual discussions among leading officials in the last two days may be a sign that cooler heads have emerged, choosing diplomacy rather than war.  The Biden-Xi discussion on Monday was followed by an hour-long discussion the next day between German Chancellor Merkel and Belarus President Lukashenko, and one between French President Macron and Russia's Vladimir Putin.  Each one represents a change from what has been business-as-usual, leaving the realm of hostile narrative, in favor of substance.  Though a promising start toward a change, the danger of new wars remains, as long as war hawks and neoliberals control governments and mass media in the Trans-Atlantic world.   

With the failure to ram through the Glasgow "climate" summit their agenda of deindustrialization and shutting down efficient energy sources, and with inflation picking up steam, it is only natural for the unilateralists to create a big diversion.  Using the refugee crisis centered on the Belarus-Polish border, NATO and EU leaders are accusing Putin and Lukashenko of provoking a humanitarian crisis. In the brilliant Sunday Nov. 14 morning panel—“There Are No Limits to Growth in the Universe”—of the Schiller Institute’s just-concluded conference, half a dozen leading physicists and climatologists defied the supposed “scientific consensus.” They demonstrated that changes in Earth’s climate result from solar and galactic cycle changes; that atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide do not cause these changes; that warming is largely beneficial; and that mankind meets such changes by adaptation through new infrastructure such as sea gates and flood-control systems. 

As we forecast, the COP26 failed to do what they intended, which was to get agreement from the nations of the developing sector to give up their sovereign right to development in order to comply with the Malthusian demands made by the would-be global dictators running the show. The 2-day Schiller Institute conference, on Nov. 13-14, demonstrated that representatives from leading nations can generate, through dialogue, solutions to the multitude of crises created by the failed axioms of the unilateral world order.
