Perhaps that seems like an obvious statement, but the way Biden's "Green" policy is being discussed would suggest we've lost all connection to the English language! Though, considering Biden's condition, that may very well be the case.

Many people think they know about the "Council on Foreign Relations", the notorious CFR, which is correctly identified as a leading agency of the "Deep State". Today we look at how the financial and corporate networks of the CFR are pushing the Green New Deal -- including through a new committee of the U.S. Federal Reserve -- to inflate a new "Green" financial bubble, while making "climate change" a weapon for undermining China's Belt-and-Road Initiative. Their goal, besides creating a new Ponzi scheme to prop up their bankrupt financial system, and pour more money into the bloated U.S. defense budget, is to cause a rapid depopulation of the planet.

The evolution of a physical system appears dominated, in the short-term, by its past behavior and by immediately neighboring components of the system. But over longer time scales, broader forces can make their influence known, and, eventually, come to dominate the system’s behavior. Although historical processes are shaped by forces acting on both the short- and the long-term, rescuing ourselves from the deadly contradiction between the dying financial system of the West and the effort to maintain the control that system conferred, requires acting immediately on a long-term perspective.

In reviewing the aggressive diplomacy of Biden's Secretary of State Blinken in the last days, Helga Zepp LaRouche pointed to the collapse in relations between the U.S., NATO and the EU with Russia and China as an extremely "worrisome" situation. The push for a "global NATO" is fed by the ongoing lies, such as those about the alleged suppression by China of the Uyghurs and the "anti-democratic" attack on the British agent Navalny, which then become the justification for sanctions. While the west is touting its "shared democratic values" and support for a "rules-based order", the Russians and Chinese are moving closer together, as a point of opposition to the dangerous geopolitical provocations aimed at them. Mrs. LaRouche counterposed the ongoing anti-Russia, anti-China campaign with the conference held by the Schiller Institute, which was centered on a real dialogue among many nations and leading citizens seeking solutions, rather than seeking political advantage.

While Secretary of State Antony Blinken is in Brussels, pressuring the EU to enforce upon its member nations a total break from Russia and China, the British have openly announced that the British Empire is back in its full evil glory, to “counter growing threats from Russia and China.”

U.K. Defense Secretary Ben Wallace, in the foreword to the new Defence Command Paper “Defence in a Competitive Age,” released on Monday, made no effort to hide his pride that the entire world is now subject to “Global Britain”—the newly-coined name for the British Empire. “Those of us in government charged to protect and defend,” he said, “have a duty to enter new domains.” The new geometry of the world, he said, his upper lip suitably stiff, demands no less from the Empire: “The notion of war and peace as binary states has given way to a continuum of conflict, requiring us to prepare our forces for more persistent global engagement and constant campaigning, moving seamlessly from operating to war fighting.” The armed forces, he added, “will no longer be held as a force of last resort, but become more present and active around the world…, whether in the Euro-Atlantic, the Indo-Pacific, or beyond.” And of course, all of this is needed “to counter growing threats from Russia and China.” 

Are you prepared to go to war, and accept brutal austerity, to support the "rules-based order", knowing the  "rules" are made by the City of London financial oligarchy and their allies on Wall Street?  And the "rules" are designed to protect a global banker's dictatorship, known as the "Great Reset", and a new financial bubble known as the "Green New Deal"?  The latest example of British imperial arrogance is their new policy, "Defence in a Competitive Age", which commits the U.K., and their compliant American ally, to prepare "for more persistent global engagement" -- that is more "endless" wars -- to impose their new financial order.

The threats coming from TransAtlantic Circles of the Military Industrial Complex (MIC) against Russia and China today reflect a bankruptcy in their strategic vision, which matches the bankruptcy of their global financial system.  On March 23, 1983, Reagan announced to the world that he was committed to a process of peace with the USSR, based on sharing anti-missile technologies based on new physical principles, a strategy developed by Lyndon LaRouche to end the threat inherent in Kissinger's Mutual and Assured Destruction (MAD) doctrine.  The USSR's rejection of Reagan's offer foredoomed their empire, which LaRouche forecast would collapse within five years!  Instead of repeating that folly today, which could end in a war of MAD, we have the possibility of "win-win" cooperation, were the West to embrace, and become part of China's Belt-and-Road Initiative, based on Lyn and Helga Zepp LaRouche's design for a World Landbridge.  

The Schiller Institute’s two-day international conference just concluded March 21 achieved a number of breakthroughs which no other organization is capable of having done, which are extraordinarily important in this crisis of pandemic, spreading hunger and military and social conflict.

Two were most obvious. High-ranking representatives of Russia and China gave important presentations on the second, “strategic” panel of the conference, on a weekend in which tensions among the three superpowers spiked up, with the Russian Ambassador recalled from Washington and the public confrontation U.S.-China meeting of top officials in Alaska. These representatives understand that the Schiller Institute’s activists in the United States and Europe who organized the meeting are a unique cultural and political force for peace and development. And on the third panel Sunday morning, a decorated U.S. Marine combat veteran, former Virginia State Senator and conservative Republican, Col. Richard Black (ret.), was bold and brave enough to denounce the war policies of the United States and NATO in Southwest Asia, especially Syria, and demand, “This has to stop!”

Does Joe Biden really believe Vladimir Putin is a "killer" who has no soul? Do U.S. officials truly believe that an "Asian NATO" targeting China will reverse the collapse of the U.S.? The alternative to these dangerous fantasies and bluster was presented at the Schiller Institute conference March 20-1, which featured a true dialogue between official representatives of the governments of the U.S., China, Russia, Syria, Iraq and Yemen, officials and activists representing the medical profession and food producers, and journalists and scientists, who took up the challenge, under the direction of Schiller Institute founder Helga Zepp LaRouche, to bring humanity to a New Paradigm based on serving the common interests of all nations.
