We could bring massive amounts of water from western Canada into the SW. Such constructions would employ millions, while the water would supply many new farms. 100 nuplex cities could be built – all interconnected by MagLev high speed rail. So with cooperation the norm in the Rules Based Order – all peoples would become part of a New Bretton Woods credit architecture !
