    Oh what policy basis will US repair relations? I think Russia is smart enough not to deal with 2 bit unelected man who benefits from China and his drugged up son. He is not in control of policy. Doubtful any good will happen. He can’t even deal with the massive amount of daily shootings, inflation, and skyrocketing illegals.

    Yes, friendly cooperation with the Soviet Union, and the undeveloped nations, which had long been raw material exporting colonies. Under FDR’s Atlantic Charter, backward colonial countries were to become advanced and sovereign!
